Telephone banking

Telephone banking allows you access to your account twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty five days a year. Most everyday transactions can be carried out over the telephone and you can choose to use the automated service, or talk to a Customer Service Officer.

  • Cancel Direct Debits
  • Stop cheques from being paid
  • Request statements
  • Order a new chequebook
